Manufacturing Processes

FOR ARECA LEAF DISPOSABLE

Areca Leaf Disposables are crafted from naturally fallen, harvested leaves of sustainably cultivated Areca Nut trees, predominantly found in the Southern and Eastern regions of the Indian subcontinent.

For optimal sanitation, Areca Leaves are cleaned using High-Pressure Water jets, effectively removing dirt and debris. Subsequent heating via rollers ensures moisture removal and precision drying.

Post-cleaning, Areca Leaves undergo rigorous sorting based on size, texture, color, and strength parameters. They are then precision-cut into sheets of desired shapes.

Our In-house production, and Automated machines and dedicated manpower ensures

Automatic Pneumatic Heat Pressing Machines precision-craft Areca leaf sheets into various shapes (Round, Square, Rectangle, Oval, etc.) and sizes (2.5 inches – 14 inches).

At our facility, Quality Inspection is the most critical step in ensuring the excellence of Areca Leaf Disposables. Our highly trained staff conducts manual inspections to meticulously evaluate each product’s Color consistency, Shape accuracy, Texture integrity, Formation precision.

Products are then segregated into Graded Quality (Meets stringent domestic standards) and Export Quality (Exceeds international quality benchmarks)

The Areca Leaf Disposables manufacturing process concludes with Edging (Smoothing edges for comfortable handling), Trimming (Precise shaping to desired dimensions), Buffing (Enhancing surface finish and appearance) and Sanitization to ensure protection from microbial growth, Products are Exposed to UV light for over 5 minutes, sanitized to meet stringent quality and hygiene standards.

Standard Packaging:

Our Areca Leaf Disposables are packaged as follows:

– 25 pieces per bundle, shrink-wrapped in 25-micron food-grade LDPE bags .

– Bundles placed in 5-ply master corrugated boxes.

– Number of bundles per carton varies by product size and shape.

 

Customized Packaging

We offer tailored packaging solutions with minimal additional cost. Customization options include:

  1. Bundle size: Adjustable number of pieces per bundle.
  2. Corrugated Box configuration: Adjustable number of bundles per carton.
  3. Labelling and Branding:

    – On Individual Bundles.

    – On Master Corrugated Box.

  1. Barcode and informational stickers:

    – For direct supply to E-commerce or Store warehouses (Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.).

  1. Custom Party Packs:

PAPER DISPOSABLE

Our paper disposables are crafted from premium paper sourced from ITC, India’s leading paper supplier. We utilize both virgin and recycled paper, coated with environmentally responsible PE or Bio-based Aqua Coating, ensuring durability and sustainability.

Sourced Paper are cleaned with gentle air pressure for removal of loose dirt and dust.

Paper sorting by GSM precedes the printing process. Subsequently, blanks of different shapes and sizes are precision-cut to meet specific product requirements.

The entire process of manufacturing of paper disposables are controlled by automated machines and computerized systems, ensuring high-speed production, precision, and consistency.

The machine unwinds a roll of paperboard, cuts it into desired blanks, and forms them into cups, containers, trays through a series of rollers and moulds.

Following manufacturing, our paper disposables undergo a rigorous two-step quality assurance process

Step 1: Visual Inspection

– Checking formation and shape accuracy.

– Verifying printing quality and consistency.

– Evaluating aesthetics and overall appearance.

Step 2: Leak Testing

– Ensuring seal integrity and liquid-tightness.

– Detecting any defects or weaknesses.

BIRCHWOOD DISPOSABLE

Our Raw material for Birchwood disposable cutleries is sourced from sustainably managed forests of Siberia, ensuring environmental stewardship.

Debarked Birchwood are also cleaned using High-Pressure Water jets, effectively removing dirt and debris.

Planks of Birchwood are sorted by size, thickness, and strength post-cleaning, then precision-cut into customized sheets.

Advanced Automatic Pneumatic Heating Roller and Trimming Machines precision-manufacture Birchwood sheets into a variety of cutlery sizes (75mm-160mm).

Our dedicated team manually inspects cutleries scrutinizing on Colour, Shape, Texture, Formation.

Products are categorized into Graded Quality (Domestic standards), Export Quality (international benchmarks). Ensuring unparalleled quality and customer trust.

Shipping

Price as per Shipping Basis

Price will be quoted for our Factory Premises. TARUKA’s responsibility ends when goods are ready to dispatch at our premises (factory, warehouse, etc.).

    – Pickup and loading

    – Export clearance

    – Transportation

EXW Shipping Benefits:

Price will be quoted including for all the expenses till shipment is handed over to Buyer’s shipping agent at origin Port. TARUKA’s responsibility ends when shipment is handed over to Customers shipping agent at origin Port.

Key Aspects of FOB Shipping:

  1. Transportation: Taruka arranges and pays for transportation till Origin Port.
  2. Risk: Transfers to Buyer at origin port.
  3. Insurance: Buyer’s responsibility.
  4. Customs Clearance: Buyer’s responsibility

FOB Shipping Benefits:

CIF is said when Taruka is Paying and Taking Responsibility for Cost Insurance and Freight (CIF).

Key aspects of EXW shipping:

  1. Taruka’s Obligation:

– To Pay transportation costs till destination port.

– To Provide Insurance coverage for goods

– Clear goods for export at Origin Port.

– Load goods onto Vesel at Origin Port.

  1. Buyer’s Obligation:

– To Unload goods at destination port.

– To Clear goods for import.

– To Pay duties and taxes.

 

CIF Shipping Benefits:

  1. Simplify the logistics process for buyers by providing a clear price that includes the cost of the goods, freight, and insurance to the destination port.

Taruka’s Responsibilities:

Buyer’s Responsibilities:

  1. Clear goods for import
  2. Pay duties and taxes
  3. Unload goods at destination.

Loose Corrugated boxes

Corrugated boxes which we use for material movement Heavy paperboard and Strong corrugated cardboard. Loose corrugated boxes are majorly used when Shipping via FCL.

Pallets

Pallets are flat, rigid structures used to support and stabilize goods during storage and transportation:

Types of Pallets Use:

  1. Wooden pallets (most common).
  2. Plastic pallets.

Pallet Features:

  1. Deck: Top surface of the pallet
  2. Stringers: Horizontal boards supporting the deck.
  3. Bottom deck: Lower surface of the pallet.

FCL (Full Container Load) shipment is a type of ocean freight shipping where:

A single shipper occupies the entire container.

Characteristics:

  2. Single shipment per container.
  3. Fixed cargo volume (full container capacity).
  4. Door-to-door or port-to-port service.

Benefits:

  1. Secure and tamper-evident container.
  2. Priority handling and faster transit.

How FCL Works:

  1. Shipper books a full container.
  2. Cargo is loaded and container sealed.
  3. Container is shipped to Origin Port from factory to Destination port via pre booked Vessel.
  4. Container is unloaded and delivered.

When to choose FCL:

  1. Full Load Quantity is required.
  2. Regular shipments.
  3. Safety of Material from breakage and Damage.

  1. 20 ft Container

The 20 ft standard shipping container is for general purpose cargo.

The 40 ft standard shipping container is for general purpose cargo.

b. By Sea – Part Load Container (LCL)

LCL (Less than Container Load) shipment is a type of ocean freight shipping where:

Multiple consignments from different shippers are consolidated into a single container.

Characteristics:

  1. Shared container space.
  2. Multiple shipments in one container.
  3. Shipments from different shippers.
  4. Flexible cargo volume (not full container).

Benefits:

How LCL works:
